Wallace Figure Skating Club Financial Obligation

● There will be a new payment policy this year. Each session payment is due in full on the first day of the session. A late fee of $50 and interest at 18% per annum will be charged on any amount past due. New sessions cannot not be booked for skaters with past-due accounts. Walk-ons must be paid in full on the day of service, charges to skaters' accounts will no longer be accepted. To avoid late fees, you can book your sessions online using your credit card.
● All accounts with Wallace Figure Skating Club must be current. Sessions will not be booked for skaters with past-due accounts. Participation in the annual show will not be allowed with past-due accounts.
● You are contracting with the Wallace Figure Skating Club for Ice and/or Ice and Group Coaching time. The amount is due for each amount contracted. Options cannot be cancelled. Exceptions are medical and death. Release from a contract for a medical exception is submitted to the WFSC Board of Directors for review.
● All balances must be paid 7 days prior to costume distribution to avoid confusion. If your account is not current you will not receive your costume, and/or be allowed to participate in the annual show.
● Volunteer policy: Families holding a Full Membership may choose between: Choice A) Families holding a Full Membership are required to complete a total of five (5) volunteer hours for the season or Choice B) Family forgoes volunteer option and will be charged a $100.00 fee. 2019-2020 regular club events are eligible for volunteer hour accumulation and hours volunteered are assessed by the WFSC board.
● Volunteer policy: Families holding a Limited Membership may choose between: Choice A) Families holding a Limited Membership are required to complete a total of two (2) volunteer hours for the season or Choice B) Family forgoes volunteer option and will be charged a $40.00 fee. 2019-2020 regular club events are eligible for volunteer hour accumulation and hours volunteered are assessed by the WFSC board.

The limited membership applies only to Snowplow Sam and Basic Skills (BS) Program Levels 1 through 6 for children and adults. Upon completion of the BS6 program, any skater that advances to the Freeskate Levels (FS) is required to pay a balance to bring the membership standing from limited to full. The first family membership applies to the highest level skater. Additional family membership applies to the lower level skater(s).
I understand that membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. I further understand that once an option is booked, it must be paid in full and CANNOT BE CANCELLED. The Wallace FSC reserves the right to change the designation of sessions due to low bookings or lack of available ice time.
I hereby agree to comply with the rules and regulations of US Figure Skating and the Constitution and By Laws of the Wallace Figure Skating Club.
I have read and understand my financial obligations to the Wallace Figure Skating Club and will abide by them as stated on reverse side.
RELEASE:I further agree to assume any risks and hazards which may result from participation in the Wallace Figure Skating Club, Inc., and agree to hold blameless the Wallace Figure Skating Club, Inc., Facility Management Corp. and Fitchburg State University and all related agents and professionals harmless from all claims.
All Skaters participate at their own risk.
